Matt Grevers finished second in the men’s 100 back at the 2017 Arena Pro Swim Series Santa Clara. The six-time Olympic medalist stopped the clock in 53.90, a few tenths behind winner Ryan Murphy’s 53.48.

Grevers talked to Swimming World about returning to Trials and shared that he’s excited to race again. He also discussed taking it season by season and being a mentor to younger swimmers, including Arizona swimmer Katrina Konopka.
