Kelsi Worrell finished over a second and a half ahead of the field in the women’s 100 fly at the 2017 Arena Pro Swim Series Santa Clara, touching the wall in a season-best 57.44. Not too long after, she finished sixth in the 100 free in 55.80.

Worrell talks about coming out of her comfort zone and training more butterfly, boosting her confidence heading into this summer. She also discusses the humbling experience of training with the Stanford women at altitude.
