Women’s 100 Fly
Kelsi Worrell flew to a smooth victory in the women’s 100 fly, leading the ‘A’ final from start-to-finish. Worrell delivered a final time of 57.44, finishing more than a second and a half ahead of the competition. Her time improves upon her 2017 best of 57.50 from the Atlanta stop of the arena Pro Swim Series.
Second place was picked up by Hellen Moffitt, who delivered a strong 58.99 to hold off Cal’s Katie McLaughlin. McLaughlin grabbed the bronze with a 59.17.
Fellow Golden Bear Farida Osman turned in a final time of 59.36 for fourth, followed closely by Lauren Case’s 59.41.
Maggie MacNeil (1:00.31), Kathleen Baker (1:00.81), and Hang Yu Sze (1:00.85) rounded out the top eight.
