Kevin Cordes will be the top seed and favorite in the men’s 200 breast, as he hopes to add to his 100 breast title won earlier in the week. Cammile Adams will be the heavy favorite in the women’s 200 fly and Nathan Adrian in the men’s 100 free. Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte will also be in action when they compete in the men’s 200 IM semifinals at the end of the session.

The most notable scratch of the evening was Matt Grevers opting out of semi-finals of the men’s 200 back, along with newly minted Olympian Jay Litherland. Litherland will choose to center his focus on semi-finals of the 200 IM, instead, where he is the sixth seed.

Kelsi Worrell will attempt a tough double this evening as she will swim in the second semifinal of the 100 free (scheduled for 7:18) and then the 200 fly final just 25 minutes later.
