USA Nationals Day 1 Finals Heat Sheet Released

The heat sheet for tonight’s 2015 USA Swimming Summer Long Course Nationals is now out. Perhaps the safest bet tonight will be Kelsi Worrell holding on to her top spot in the 100-meter butterfly. All other races are fairly up in the air and could belong to anyone. Perhaps the closest race might be the men’s 400-meter IM, where Sean Grieshop and Joseph Bentz tied for the top spot. Tonight’s events include:

Women’s 100-meter Fly

Men’s 400-meter Free

Women’s 200-meter IM

Men’s 100-meter Breast

Women’s 400-meter Free

Men’s 400-meter IM

Men 4 x 100-meter Free Relay
