Swimming World’s chief photographer Peter Bick has been down on deck at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials capturing all of the action.
Day three saw a continuing of a changing of the guard as first time Olympians Olivia Smoliga and Kathleen Baker topped veterans Natalie Coughlin and Missy Franklin in the 100 backstroke. Ryan Lochte snuck onto the Olympic team with a fourth place 200 freestyle finish.
Michael Phelps also destroyed the competition in the 200 butterfly as he came one step closer to heading to Rio.
