PHOENIX, Arizona, June 30. THIS week's winner of the Performance of the Week honor should be no surprise to anyone who followed the action last weekend in the pool at the Paris Open.
We are proud to give the Performance of the Week honor to the man who continues to stake his claim as the fastest man in the pool: Cesar Cielo, who swam a 21.55 in the 50 freestyle in Paris.
