PHOENIX, Arizona, April 3. IT came down to the wire when determining this Performance of the Week honoree — literally. We usually have our winner selected by Monday afternoon for a Tuesday announcement, but this morning a couple of swims caught our attention, and caused us to bend the rules a bit.
