Olivia Smoliga, Kevin Cordes Among Top Seeds for Day 3 Prelims Heat Sheets

Heat sheets are now available for day three prelims of the 2018 TYR Pro Swim Series in Atlanta, Georgia. Prelims begin at 10 a.m. EST at the Georgia Tech McAuley Aquatic Center.

Georgia graduate, Hali Flickinger, enters the women’s 200 fly as the top seed with a time of 2:06.67 and is set up for an exciting preliminary race with fellow flyer Kelsi Dahlia (2:08.94) in the lane next to her, while the men’s 200 fly plays host to a wide variety of NCAA graduate talent. Jack Conger holds the top seed at a 1:54.47, but Pace Clark (1:54.58) and Chase Kalisz (1:54.79) are seeded close behind.
The women’s 100 breast will feature several international stars as Yulia Efimova (Russia), Alia Atkinson (Jamaica), Shi Jinglin (China), and more compete for the top spots in the final.
U.S. Olympians Kevin Cordes, Cody Miller, and Josh Prenot are among the top names highlighting the men’s 100 breast, with Cordes holding the top seed at a 58.64.
Olivia Smoliga leads a group of five women who are seeded under the one minute mark for prelims of the women’s 100 back, while Ryan Murphy will look to add to his 200 back victory with a top showing in the men’s 100 back.
