FINA announced the mixed relay assignments for the final stop of the 2019 FINA Champions Series in Indianapolis. Swimmers from different countries will team up together, including Lilly King of the U.S. and Yuliya Efimova of Russia, who have a bit of history dating back to the 2016 Olympics.
The assignments are as follows:
Medley Relays
Team 1: Kylie Masse, Yuliya Efimova, Nicholas Santos and Townley Haas
Team 2: Anastasia Fesikova, Sydney Pickrem, Michael Andrew and Vladimir Morozov
Team 3: Etiene Medieros, Arno Kamminga, Kelsi Dahlia and Andriy Govorov
Team 4: Jacob Pebley, Lilly King, Jack Conger and Ranomi Kromowidjojo
Free Relays
Team 1: Josh Prenot, Zach Harting, Lilly King and Yuliya Efimova
Team 2: Ryan Murphy, Nicholas Santos, Etiene Medieros and Kylie Masse
Team 3: Jack Conger, Arno Kamminga, Sydney Pickrem and Hali Flickinger

All three meets of the Champions Swim Series are qualifying events for both the FINA World Championships Gwangju 2019 and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
