Kirsty Coventry Cashes In

ZIMBABWE, August 30. ACCORDING to various media reports out of her home country, Zimbabwe's Kirsty Coventry has cashed in after her remarkable run at the 2008 Beijing Games.
Coventry, who set a world record in the women's 200 back to win gold, and also snagged three silver medals along with an early round world record in the 100 back, earned a hefty pay day.
When all was said and done, Coventry came home from Zimbabwe with a $100,000 award for her outstanding performances in Beijing.
