Shana Cook is a Denver-based photographer known for her expressive underwater portraits that blend fine art with athletic form. She first discovered her love for underwater photography after bringing a GoPro into a pool to photograph her son—and has never looked back. Her work has since been featured on a Los Angeles billboard through The Billboard Creative’s Surreal show and in My Denver, a three-month photography exhibit at Denver International Airport.

Shana is passionate about creating dynamic underwater portraits for swimmers, dancers, and anyone ready to explore this powerful and immersive experience. She’s especially interested in working with competitive athletes and swimwear brands to produce bold, visually compelling imagery that celebrates strength, motion, and individuality.
