Schedule of Events:

  • Men’s 200 Freestyle
  • Women’s 200 Breaststroke
  • Men’s 200 Breaststroke
  • Women’s 100 Backstroke
  • Men’s 100 Backstroke

NBAC’s Easop Lee holds the top seed in the 200 freestyle and will be looking for her first win of the week. Isabel Ivey will give her a challenge for the title as the girls come in at 1:58.64 and 1:58.94, respectively. Swimming World‘s High School Swimmer of the Year, Morgan Tankersley, is the only other swimmer under 2:00 coming in at 1:59.54.

The men’s race is shaping up to be one of the most intense of the meet after Carson Foster‘s 1:49.99 anchor leg in the 800 freestyle relay. Add in Alexei Sancov‘s entry time, just .10 off the World Jr. Record, and 400 IM runner-up Jack LaVant at 1:48.70, and this will be the race to watch.

Rachel Ramey (2:30.43) and Isabelle Odgers (2:30.84) are likely to race for the 200 breast title, while Daniel Roy will look to add another victory to his resume on the men’s side after claiming the 100 breast on Tuesday.

Lucie Nordmann will do likewise after winning the 200 back earlier in the meet. Her entry time of 1:00.16 sits over a second ahead of the competition. Carson Foster (56.10) will have a bit more difficult of a task as he looks to hold off Wyatt Davis of Carmel (56.11).
