2016 USA Swimming Trials: Relive Day 7 Interviews

On night seven of the 2016 USA Swimming Trials in Omaha, Maya DiRado, Katie Ledecky, and Michael Phelps each earned their third individual swims in Rio.

Leah Smith once again finished runner up to Ledecky in the 800 freestyle while Missy Franklin earned the opportunity to defend her 200 backstroke Olympic gold.

For the second time this week Tom Shields finished second to Phelps. Last night it was in the 100 butterfly.

Swimming World‘s David Rieder and Mike Stott captured interviews with athletes as they finished their races and also attended press conferences.
