INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, June 26. CAL Aquatic's Nathan Adrian talks about the goals he had for his 100 free at the 2013 USA Swimming nationals. Although he won the 100 freestyle with a solid 48.1, Adrian's personal expectations were much higher. He's planning on refocusing his energy on his upcoming 50 freestyle, which is an event he's been consistently ranked one of the top in the world in this season.
