Michael McBroom led a pack of three men in tonight’s 400 freestyle. He talked about training camp at Colorado Springs and what to expect in the lead up to Trials.

Michael McBroom had to put up a serious fight to walk away with the 400 freestyle title in Mesa tonight. McBroom finished in 3:49.04 with two swimmers on his tail. Conor Dwyer touched second in 3:49.90 while Clark Smith finished in 3:49.96.
Jordan Wilimovsky finished fourth in 3:51.64. Ous Mellouli was fifth in 3:53.89.
Christian Quintero (3:55.22), Marcelo Acosta (3:55.32), and Matias Koski (3:59.41) completed the A final.
