SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 16. FRESHMAN Jonathan Larsen has been named Mountain West Conference men’s swimmer of the week for his performance against the Washington Huskies.
Larsen, a Stockton, Calif., native, won the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle events in 20.93 and 45.86, respectively, in a dual meet against No. 24 Washington on January 11.
This is the second time this season Larsen has won the award. He is one of three Utes to be recognized with the honor this season.
