USA Swimming Trials Day 3 Finals Heat Sheets; Melanie Margalis Out of 100 Breast Final

Heat sheets are out and available for day three finals of the 2016 USA Swimming Trials. Tonight’s action features four finals, including the men’s 200 freestyle with relay berths on the line. There are also three semifinals to complete tonight’s events.

Melanie Margalis has scratched the 100 breaststroke final, after turning in the third fastest times in the 200 freestyle and 200 IM prelims this morning. That gives 2012 Olympian Breeja Larson lane eight and a shot at an Olympic berth in this event.
