ROCKVILLE, Maryland, March 25. IT was distance day to kick off the first session of short course yard swimming at the USA Swimming Sectionals held in Rockville, Md.
Fox Chapel's Rachel Zilinskas won the women's 1650 free in 16:08.83. Parkland's Taylor O'Brien finished second in 16:12.21, while North Baltimore's Camryne Morris wound up third in 16:20.76.
Ridgefield's Andrew Klutey touched out Cape Cod's Christopher Inglis, 9:21.62 to 9:21.71, in the men's 1000 free. Coastal's Rodney Fenstress placed third in 9:24.86.
