COLORADO CITY, Colorado, December 19. VIA the breakout Internet sensation known as YouTube, USA Swimming put together its own highlight film of the 2006 Golden Goggle Awards presented at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Nov. 19.
