Every Wednesday, Swimming World senior writer John Lohn previews one of the swimming events to be contested in the Water Cube at the Beijing Olympics. This week, he analyzes the contenders in the men's 200 breast, led by world record holder Brendan Hansen.
In "For the Record," International Swimming Hall of Fame CEO Bruce Wigo takes us into the Book Room, where he shows us an antique book written by a Scottish explorer who came to Africa and was attacked by a crocodile. The book tells of the explorer's African servant, who was a very competent swimmer and was able to fend off the crocodile.
