PHOENIX, Arizona, June 3. THE newest member of the U.S. Olympic Team talks about her preparations for the grueling 10K swim in Beijing in Tuesday's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

After recapping the Good Luck Beijing 10K Open Water test event, the USA Swimming 5K nationals and the Argentinian nationals, host Peter Busch talks to Chloe Sutton, who won the Beijing 10K last weekend, earning her a spot on the 25-woman roster to swim the event in August. Sutton talks about the race, including the strategy she took to overcome the Chilean swimmer who tried to break away at the 5K mark. She also mentions her preparation for the Olympics and this month's Olympic Trials.
In Tips and Technique, Eddie Reese offers some tips on improving breaststroke kick. One of the most important aspects, he says, is keeping the knees in line with the body to reduce resistance.
