PHOENIX, Arizona, November 17. JUST a few days after chasing one of the most revered short course yards records in history, Ous Mellouli joins The Morning Swim Show to to analyze what he calls the "curse" surrounding Chris Thompson's nine-year-old U.S. Open record in the 1650-yard freestyle.
Mellouli said his successful run at the Minneapolis Grand Prix has set him up well for next month's short course world championships. The altitude training he recently completed in Colorado Springs was also a boost for him, and he talks about the different coaching philosophies between Bill Rose and Dave Salo.
