PHOENIX, Arizona, March 27. THE Thursday edition of The Morning Swim Show goes across the pond to the United Kingdom, where coaches of Olympic medalists will get rewarded for their work.

Host Brent Rutemiller discusses the new incentive program started by British Swimming, in which coaches of Olympic medalists can get as much as 10,000 pounds if their swimmer wins a gold medal in Beijing, 7,500 pounds for a silver medal and 5,000 for a bronze medal.
In Reaction Time, Rutemiller talks to Michael Scott, Performance Director for British Swimming, about the program and what it will mean for the future of British swimming.
