SHORTLY after his star swimmer posted the fastest time in the world in the 100 freestyle leading off the USA's 400 free relay at the Pan Pacific championships, Bob Bowman talked exclusively with SwimmingWorld.TV producer Garrett McCaffrey about some of the issues facing Michael Phelps' training leading up to the meet and how the two move forward toward their goals for the 2012 Olympics.
Bowman speaks openly about Phelps' missed workouts in the months following the 2009 world championships, Phelps' decision to fully devote himself to training in May and the performances of Elizabeth Pelton and Allison Schmitt.
