SYDNEY, Australia, February 7. THE hits keep coming for Swimming Australia as the organization continues to search for something positive after months of negative press. Today, the Sunshine Coast Daily reported that Swimming Australia instituted a gag order on National Team members including Nick D'Arcy.
While all National Teamers have been told not to discuss head coach Alan Thompson's resignation, D'Arcy also earned further censorship for trashing security protocol for the Commonwealth Games scheduled to be held in India.
According to the Sunshine Coast Daily, "D'Arcy told the Daily he had been informed by Swimming Australia insiders that the Games might have to be abandoned due to security concerns in host city Delhi."
