PHOENIX, Arizona, November 30. TODAY'S Streamlined News highlights the top swims from the second day of prelims at the USA Swimming winter nationals.

Olympians Ryan Lochte, Missy Franklin, Matt Grevers, Clark Burckle and Christine Magnuson will set up some great racing tonight in finals, as will collegiate swimmers from the University of Southern California and the University of Arizona.
