PHOENIX, Arizona, December 11. SWIMMING World is seeking a bright, motivated individual to manage our marketing databases, interactive and Internet marketing processes. The right candidate will provide regular projection and performance reports while demonstrating the following skills:
• Keep current with latest trends in Internet marketing.
• Help develop creative ideas and translate them into profitable campaigns and provide copywriters and marketing operations guidance and implementation instruction.
• Must be Internet-savvy, have exceptional computer knowledge with strong analytic and interpretive skills.
• Needs a strong understanding of Excel, SQL, HTML and web analytics.
• Be able to manage and prioritize projects, meet deadlines in a project-oriented and retail-oriented environment.
• Possess strong communication and organization skills and demonstrate an ability and desire to learn.
• BA/BS preferred, 2-5 years of Internet marketing experience.
• Salary based on experience.
• Must work out of Phoenix, Arizona office
