PHOENIX, Arizona, March 25. GARRETT McCaffrey had the chance to watch some of the top teams on deck on what was supposed to be the first day of competition at the men's NCAA Division I swimming and diving championships, and he brings you a video report on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show Streamlined.
