SH International: Erla Dogg Haraldsdottir, Sigrun Bra Sverrisdottir Double
HAFNARFJORDUR, Iceland, May 31. THE SH International in Iceland came to a close with a second day of swimming.
Pit Ulveling clocked the fastest time in the men's 200 IM with a 2:16.65, while Erla Dogg Haraldsdottir topped the women's 200 IM in 2:30.46. Laurent Carnol finished first in the men's 200 breast (2:22.42), while Hrafnhildur Luthersdottir touched first in the women's 200 breast (2:39.02).
Arni Mar Arnason snagged the men's 50 free in 23.15, while Sigrun Bra Sverrisdottir won the women's 50 free in 27.15. Nedim Nisic posted the best men's 100 fly with a 57.05, while Snjolaug Tinna Hansdottir hit the wall in 1:06.17 in the women's 100 fly.
Orn Arnarson clocked the quickest men's 100 back in 56.59, while Sanja Jovanovic took the women's 100 back in 1:02.57. Mladen Tepavcevic turned in a first-place 28.76 in the men's 50 breast, while Haraldsdottir won her second race of the day with a 33.00 in the women's 50 breast.
In the 200 freestyle, Igor Cerensek won the men's title in 1:54.58, while Sverrisdottir picked up her second win of the day with a 2:04.98 in the women's race.
