PHOENIX, Arizona, February 18. TODAY'S live edition of The Morning Swim Show featured interviews with US Olympians Brendan Hansen and Mark Gangloff
In case you missed our live show (airing each weekday at 10:30 a.m. MST), you can watch the video below and see host Peter Busch's interview with Hansen, who talked about taking a sabbatical from competitive swimming, his rivalry with Kosuke Kitajima, what keeps him busy during the day and who he thinks will win world championships in the breaststrokes. Viewers also submitted questions to Hansen, including some about his weight training and how he's staying active.
One of the swimmers Hansen said could win a world title is Mark Gangloff, and Busch talked to Gangloff about the fact that he's moved up a notch in the rankings with the absence of Hansen this year. Gangloff talks about Hansen's work ethic and race strategy, as well as his training for the summer's world championship trials and when he's going to break that elusive one-minute barrier.
