NEW COMMIT: Purdue University has received a new verbal commitment for the 2021-22 season and beyond from Cecilie Wiuff of Albertslund, Denmark.

She’ll join Audrey Crowel and Mahala Erlandson in West Lafayette as a member of the Boilermakers’ class of 2025.

Regarding her commitment, she said:

“I’m incredibly excited to announce my verbal commitment to Purdue University! I choose Purdue because I believe it’s the right place for me and because of the great opportunities available for academics and athletics. I’m happy to be a part of the family and 2021 can’t come fast enough! Boiler up!”

Wiuff competes internationally for the Danish Swimming Federation and trains year-round with A6 Swim Team. At the 6th FINA World Junior Championships in 2017, Wiuff competed in three events and advanced to the semi-finals of the 100m fly.
