The 2018 Indiana Boys High School State Championships was rife with excitement as the first night of competition saw two National High School Public Records being set.

The boys of Carmel High School doubled on the girls’ success with a dominating win of their own. Carmel won the state championship with a total of 417 points, while Franklin Community finished second with a total of 203 points.

Throughout the course of the meet, Swimming World’s chief photographer Peter H. Bick was on deck capturing the action and excitement.
