NCAA Division I Women’s Championships: Camille Spink Leads 50 Free Splash and Dash (Heat Sheets)

The 2026 NCAA Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships continue with the Day 3 prelims from Atlanta.

The events on tap are the 100 backstroke, 200 breaststroke, 500 freestyle, 50 freestyle and 400 medley relay – all but the final heat of the timed finals.

There are seven heats of the individual events.

DAY 3 PRELIMS HEAT SHEETS

The 100 backstroke kicks off the session with Virginia’s Claire Curzan as the top seed. She will be next to NC State’s Leah Shackley and Cal’s Mary-Ambre Moluh.

Michigan’s Bella Sims, fresh off of her win in the 400 IM, is the second seed an din heat six of seven, while the fourth lane in heat five goes to NC State sophomore Erika Palaez.

The 200 breaststroke features Stanford’s Lucy Bell, Michigan’s Letitia Sim and Louisville’s Mia Cheatwood in the seventh and final heat.

The sixth head is anchored by Virginia’s Aimee Canny, while Louisville’s Anastasia Gorbenko is the third overall seed in heat five.

There are a lot of contenders floating round in this event with NC State’s Eneli Jefimova, fresh off of her 100 breaststroke win, as well as Stanford’s Caroline Bricker, Duke’s Kaelyn Gridley, Washington State’s Emily Lundgren, Florida’s Anita Bottazzo, who was second in the 100, and Virginia’s Emma Weber, Leah Hayes and Sophia Umstead.

The 500 freestyle feature’s 1650 winner Jillian Cox from Texas in the final heat with Virginia’s Madi Mintenko and Tennessee’s Ella Jansen.

Georgia freshman Kennidi Dobson and Michigan’s Hannah Bellard anchor the sixth heat, while Virginia’s Katie Grimes and Cal’s Claire Weinstein are in the fifth heat.

The 50 free will see overall top seed Camille Spink of Tennessee go head-to-head with Michigan’s Brady Kendall in the final heat.

Stanford’s Torri Huske is the second overall seed and in lane four of the sixth heat, along with Louisville’s Julia Dennis and Virginia’s Bryn Greenwaldt.

Virginia’s Sara Curtis and Anna Moesch are in the fifth heat with Michigan’s Lexi Greenhawt and Cal’s Mary-Ambre Moluh, who is doing a double with the 100 back.
