Michael Phelps Withdraws from Missouri Grand Prix Due to Snowstorms

BALTIMORE, Maryland, February 11. ACCORDING to an article in the Los Angeles Times, Michael Phelps has been forced out of the Missouri Grand Prix this weekend due to the "record snowstorms on the East Coast."

Phelps was scheduled to return to the Missouri Grand Prix, but announced he would not make the meet earlier today.
