COLLEGE PARK, Maryland. February, 24. DESPITE UVa's best sfforts Florida State remains the leader of the ACC championships for one more day. At the end of the night FSU tallied 462 points with UVa in hot pursuit with 456.
There was a different school represented with nearly every event winner of the night. UVa's Pat Mellors took the 400 IM, Virginia Tech's Scott Beard for the 100 fly, North Carolina's Hank Browning won the 200 free, and Kevin Velleca from NC State won the 100 back to mention a few.
