JOHNSON CITY, Tennessee, October 27. SWIMMING World five-star prospect Kyle Owens, who swims for Barracuda Swim Club and preps at Science Hill High, has made his college decision.
Richard Quick earned Owens' pledge during his official visit at the Plains. Owens has U.S. Olympic Trials cuts in the 100-meter back (57.61) and 200-meter IM (2:06.31).
"I'd have to say that when I went to visit Auburn, I felt a sense of family and tradition, far more so than any other college I visited or considered," Owens told Swimming World. "The minute I stepped onto the campus, I knew it was the school for me."
