Commit Swimming Set Of The Week: Descend Kick

Welcome to Swimming World’s Set of the Week sponsored by Commit Swimming.com! This week’s set is a kick set wirh descending intervals and effort.
Each round has 3 x 150’s and 3 x 50’s of kick, with the 150’s using a descending interval by round and the 3 x 50 kick using an ascending interval. At over 2,000 yards or meters, this is a great set to get some higher volume kicking in at the beginning of the summer season.

1 x 150 swim smooth
3 x 50 kick descend to all out by round (ascending interval by round)
