Cody Miller Shares ‘Lilly King 100 Breast Stroke Set’ in Latest Vlog
After launching his YouTube vlog in October of 2017, U.S. Olympic medalist Cody Miller has been sharing his life experiences with the world. Tabbed “Cody Miller Adventures,” he has uploaded videos at the U.S. College Challenge, flying drones and everything inbetween.
In his latest upload on Jan. 17, Miller goes through his typical Wednesday off-season routine including a speed/power pool workout and lift. The day also includes a lengthy foam rolling routine, taking care of his small dogs and appreciating teammate Lilly King‘s enrollment in dance class this semester:
The video highlights a speed set completed by the two (and teammates). Indiana Head Coach Ray Looze said it focused on 100 speed, tempo, stroke count and body position. It is shown below:
