What Type of Diet Fuels Michael Andrew; Hear From the Team USA Sprinter (Video)

Swimming World recently developed a partnership with former Cal swimmer Kyle Millis to further promote the sport and its centerpiece: The athletes. Millis is the host of the Athletes Only Podcast, and has delivered numerous interviews during his hosting days that shed light into athletes’ mindsets, approaches to training, life outside the pool and more. Needless to say, we are excited for the future of this partnership.

In this short video that Millis gleaned from a longer interview, Team USA veteran Michael Andrew walks through his diet and how he fuels his body for training and competition. Andrew helped the United States to gold in the 400 medley relay at the Tokyo Olympic Games, and recently competed at the 2024 United States Olympic Trials in Indianapolis.
