NBAC’s Michael Phelps took part in the Team USA Media Summit in Los Angeles, Calif.

Phelps talks about the challenges of being able to bounce back from daily training as a 30-year-old swimmer, as well as what he is looking to do this year at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Phelps also talks about becoming a father prior to the 2016 Rio Olympics, and that his first-born child has a chance to see Phelps’ final swim ever.
