Sarah Henry wrapped up her NCAA career in style this past March with a national title in the 400 IM, and now her professional career has gotten off to a solid start as well. Henry finished second to Caitlin Leverenz in the 400 IM Saturday evening in 4:41.53, not far from the 4:38.88 she clocked last month in winning gold at the World University Games.
Henry spoke shortly after her race about the challenges and benefits of being a professional swimmer and how she had enjoyed the transition from college swimming. She also discussed her experience in Korea at World University Games and what she gained from being on a team with so many veterans.
