Sarah Haase swam the breaststroke leg on Stanford’s American record-setting 400 medley relay on Thursday night, and after Friday’s prelims she joined Swimming World’s David Rieder to discuss that race and look ahead to Friday’s finals. She explained the emotions of breaking three medley relay records in the last month and discussed qualifying second for the 100 breast final. She also gave insight into how her team responded to both the disqualification of their 200 free relay team and Ella Eastin’s American record in the 200 IM.
