Nathan Adrian won the 100 free (48.58) and finished second in the 50 free (22.09) at the TYR Pro Swim Series meet in Atlanta, and before the Saturday morning session of the meet, he evaluated his efforts on the weekend.

Adrian explained why his swims have him pumped for an upcoming training camp, and he explained how his training with his group of Cal pros plus an exciting crop of young sprinters on the Bears NCAA team keeps him on track in training. Adrian broke down the efforts of Michael Jensen, Ryan Hoffer, Justin Lynch and others that will lead in Cal’s push for an NCAA title later this month.
