(Video Interview) Mitch D’Arrigo Enjoying Swimming At His Own Pace

Mitch D’Arrigo finished second in the men’s 500 free at the 2017 AT&T Winter Nationals in a time of 4:10.78. He was five seconds ahead of the third-place finisher and was the runner-up to Zane Grothe, who set a new American Record in 4:07.25.

The Auburn graduate discusses his goals and enjoying the process while getting better each day. He also talks about training at Florida and his relationship with Ryan Lochte.
