Madison Kennedy held the top seed coming out of prelims of the women’s 50 free at Olympic Trials, and afterwards she stopped to speak with the media about her race. She explained why she was not upset to finish ninth in the 100 free, reflected on the performances of some of her teammates this week and looked ahead to tonight’s semifinals.
