Two-time Olympian Lia Neal put up solid performances in the 50, 100 and 200 free at the TYR Pro Swim Series in Atlanta, but the meet is only a small part of what Neal has been up to recently. She took the quarter off of classes at Stanford and traveled to various sites in the United States and even internationally to train with other professionals.

Neal listed all of her recent destinations and explained what she enjoyed the most about her travels. She explained how the long trip was important for both improving her swimming and taking advantage of the professional experience.

It would be so much better if we could actually hear the questions and answers. Maybe you could film your interviews off deck.
