23-year-old Kelsi Dahlia is in her second full year as a professional swimmer and she talked about what she has learned in the process along the way.
Dahlia also talked about her solid in-season times with her 57.38 in the 100 fly and 55.28 in the 100 free on Thursday night at the Indianapolis Pro Swim Series. Dahlia said she attributed those good times to less travel time.
Dahlia also talked about her personal life and gave an update on her dog as well as her excitement for her brother to join the Cardinal family in Louisville.
