USC, Georgia, Virginia, Duke Claim Commitments

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 7. A few more recruits made their decisions known in the past 24 hours by way of the Swimming World College Recruit Rankings.

Five star Andrea Basaraba joined a deepening class at Southern California that already features blue chip six star Kasey Carlson. Basaraba, who swims for North Coast and preps at The Bishops School, owns long course senior national cuts in the 200-meter back (2:16.66) and 200-meter IM (2:20.10). She is one of five five-star prospects that will call USC home along with Carlson in the Class of 2010.

Four star Nathaniel Eisenmans, who swims for the Rockdale Riptides and preps at Heritage High, is staying in state to attend Georgia. Eisenmans holds a long course senior national cut in the 50-meter free (23.28). He joins six star Will Freeman and five five-star recruits to already commit to Georgia.

Three stars Taylor Grey and Jane Munro decided to head to Virginia. They join a Class of 2010 comprised of six five-star prospects and three four stars.

Three star Kelly Hagerty, who swims for Glenbrook Aquatics and preps at Glenbrook South, joined five star Emily Schon as a future member of Duke Swimming.
