USA Swimming Trials Day 7 Finals Heat Sheets; Kelsi Worrell Opts Out Of 50 Free Semi-Finals

The heat sheets for finals of day seven of the 2016 US Olympic Swimming Trials have been released. Check back at 7 p.m. CST for live coverage.

Tonight’s session will crown representatives for Team USA in a total of four events, while the women’s sprint contingent will race semi-finals of the 50-meter free.

Two notable members of the distance group, Cierra Runge (sixth after prelims) and Becca Mann (ninth after prelims), have scratched out of the final for the women’s 800 free, giving Hannah Moore (10th after prelims) the opportunity to swim it again.

Kelsi Worrell, who has already earned herself a ticket to Rio, opted out of the 50 free giving Margo Geer a spot in the semi-finals.
